Join Susy Markoe Schieffelin and Dijon Bowden for a special ceremony to harness the energy of the Virgo Full Moon, the first of two especially powerful Full Moons this month. The Full Moon is when we assess our progress, release what no longer serves us, and set big-picture intentions for manifesting. It is a time of magic and amplified energy.
For this auspicious moon, we'll begin the evening with a special Cacao Ceremony in which Dijon will share Heartblood Cacao sourced from Guatemala. Cacao originates from the Andes mountains and was used by the Incas, who considered it the “drink of the gods”. Cacao has numerous health benefits, in addition to the array of “feel good” chemicals that it releases. As such, drinking Cacao is known to incite feelings of bliss, relaxation, and overall well-being.
During the ceremony, we will open our hearts and minds to receiving these blissful feelings, set our intentions for the Full Moon, and come together in connection with our community.
Following the Cacao Ceremony, Susy will guide us on a relaxing sound meditation journey using the cosmic vibrations of her Crystal Alchemy Bowls. Based on ancient healing techniques, these healing frequencies work on a cellular level to calm your mind, body, and spirit as you release what no longer serves you, raise your own vibration, and manifest your intentions. Guided by these healing vibrations and the soothing sound of Susy's voice, you'll find yourself in a state of deep blissful rest where you will experience an elevated spiritual connection.
