Elizabeth Schieffelin is a Holistic Health Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She practices as a Holistic Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor trained by the KaivalyaDhama Institute in Lonavala, India. She is a Siam ReikiTM Energy Healer and Crystal worker.

Elizabeth is a passionate student of yoga and completed Yin Yoga teacher training with Tymi Howard in 2017. She is also certified in sound therapy with Tibetan Singing Bowls from the Kathmandu Center of Healing.

In 2017, Elizabeth opened zenergy, a holistic wellness space in Shanghai offering meditation, yoga, sound therapy, energy healing and a variety of community events. In 2018, Elizabeth created the 'by Lizzy' blog and published I am Grateful, a book dedicated to self care and conscious living.
