You’re invited on a journey into your energy center of passion and creativity, the Sacral Chakra. As we enter into Spring, a time of rebirth and renewal, prepare your energetic body by harmonizing and rebalancing. In this workshop, we will learn about how you can use the five senses to activate the Sacral Chakra and prepare to emerge in the new season.

After learning about how to activate the Sacral, we will relax deeply with a chakra balancing sound bath. Susy will play soothing crystal alchemy bowls and Elizabeth will work on your body with Tibetan bowls for a fully immersive experience of embodiment.
