Susy Markoe Schieffelin of The Copper Vessel is a Los Angeles-based sound healer, Usui/Holy Fire III and Karuna Reiki master teacher, Kundalini yoga teacher, and inspirational speaker who has led sound baths viewed or attended by millions of people all over the world. MEET YOUR MENTORS

NICOLE RUTSCH

Nicole Rutsch is an LA and NYC-based Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Herbalist.  Nicole works with individuals who want to take their lives in a new direction, alleviate anxiety, and become clear with what they want from life.

She grew up in a farm town in Germany called Stadecken, where she loved to spend time in nature, and developed a deep connection to Mother Earth. From this developed a passion for healthy, natural food, which led her to found a successful catering business in NYC. Initially, the majority of clients came from the fashion industry, including Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang, and Michael Kors. Shortly after, Nicole expanded into the wellness world, partnering with clients like Alo Yoga, Athleta, and Bandier. Nicole saw a deep need to help people understand the healing powers of natural food and herbs, which led her to herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Nicole’s new knowledge allowed her to begin helping others rebuild their relationship with food in a natural way. She also realized the importance of tending to the mind and spirit, which led her to find Reiki, a Japanese therapeutic technique that allows the healer to move energy in order to encourage emotional and physical well-being. Nicole then worked to become a Reiki Master, certifying her to practice all forms of Reiki. 

Shortly thereafter beginning to work with Reiki, Nicole discovered the benefits of working with crystal alchemy sound bowls. By integrating Sound Healing with Reiki in her unique way, Nicole discovered a strong recipe for alleviating stress and anxiety and engendering feelings of calmness and gratefulness.

Experiencing the palliative effects of these practices herself inspired Nicole to begin her current practice, with the intention of helping clients see the potential within themselves for positive change and to cultivate a healthy lifestyle.

CAROLINE BATOFF

Caroline Batoff is the founder of Crystallize Calm, based in Malibu, California. She is a certified Sound Healer, Meditation Teacher, Health Coach, Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher.

After struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and insomnia for years, Caroline’s greatest passion is helping others release patterns of overthinking and anxious thoughts that are preventing them from living their fullest, most vibrant and joyous lives.

She offers health & life coaching and healing sessions virtually, in person at her home outdoor studio in Malibu, on the beach, and across Southern California. Caroline works with corporate teams, groups, and individuals across the globe.

Lexa Tavernier

Lexa Tavernier is an Oregon based Sound Healer, Herbalist, Gemstone Resonance Practitioner, Meditation Guide & ERYT-500. She is known for her warm presence and her ability to infuse the world with compassion and kindness.

She initially found holistic healing practices in 2009. She deepened her desire to understand how to heal the body & mind naturally, after battling and triumphing over brain cancer in 2012. Inspired by her own journey of healing, she decided to help others find their innate healing tools within. This led her on a mind/body healing adventure. Between 2014 and 2021 she became certified in yoga, meditation, sound healing, Thai yoga massage, advanced herbalism, Vagus Nerve Health, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and completed a 2 week Ayurveda immersion in India.

Since then, she has taught over 2000 hours and used her certifications to inspire healing on a multitude of platforms. She created and hosted a 10-week corporate meditation program for MODA health and Leatherman Tools. She collaborated with various wellness corporations and was able to infuse corporate work environments with an increased sense of peace, resilience, and personal empowerment. Lexa has a deep affinity for nervous system health and is driven to teach others how to heal and regulate their own nervous system. She holds deeply restorative space for others to slow down and tune in to their inner self.

Irem Tucaltan is an Amsterdam-based Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, and Business & Marketing Coach. She works with corporate teams, brands, and individuals across the globe.

Irem is the founder of School of Soulful Marketing, where she offers online courses on digital marketing for conscious brands, individuals and companies that have a message to spread, an inspiring story to tell and value to add. Becky Hopp is the Co-founder & Owner of With a Grateful Heart Wellness, based out of Cleveland, Ohio. She is a Certified Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher & Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Her work has been featured on Spectrum 1 News. As a cancer survivor and open heart patient, Becky felt that being given two second chances at life meant that she was destined for a greater purpose in this life. Lisa Mecham
To hold space for another person is to be in a relationship with that person. And when we are working in the realms of healing and expanded consciousness, it’s critical we are in the right relationship with our clients and more importantly, with ourselves. In this workshop, we’ll explore our values and motivations as well as our fears and needs and how that plays into the potential shadow sides of finances, sexuality, relationships and power. With self-reflection, we can bring integrity and a healthy presence into our practice.

Lisa Mecham supports people to say the things they have to say, so they can rewrite the story of their lives. Sometimes this is through writing, sometimes sound. Sometimes body, sometimes soul. Lisa’s writing has appeared in The New York Times: Tiny Modern Love and she is trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, a Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator, and a Crystal Alchemy Bowl Sound Healer. Is this training virtual?
Yes! This training is entirely virtual.
Live calls will be held on Zoom and pre-recorded videos and other resources will be easily accessible in your TSHA portal. You will have access to all recordings for one full year.

What if I miss a live call?
You are required to attend all 6 live training calls.
Attendance is strongly suggested, but is not mandatory at Office Hours and Master Class calls.
All calls will be recorded and shared in the training portal within 24 hours.
